Horse and Jockey killing: Man appears in court
A 35-year-old man appeared in court today accused of shooting a man through the back of the head at a Dublin pub on April 5.
He was remanded in custody until Thursday to appear at the District Court at Cloverhill prison.
Mr Griffin - who was wearing a bullet-proof vest and carrying a gun when he was shot - was known to gardaí in connection with drug dealing.
He was shot at the Horse and Jockey pub and later died at St James Hospital.
