Harney hoping for North progress

Tánaiste Mary Harney has said she hopes that progress will be made in the Irish peace process when Irish-British proposals for restoring the North's suspended institutions are unveiled later today.

Speaking in the Dáil, Ms Harney said: "We hope that it will be a momentous and historical weekend.
