Alco-pop manufacturers called before Oireachteas

The manufacturers of so-called designer drinks and alco-pops are to be called before the Oireachteas Committee on Health to explain their advertising strategies.

There's concern among politicians that new products are being targeted at teenagers, particularly through promotions on college campuses.
