Carthy psychiatrist to give evidence

John Carthy's psychiatrist is due to give evidence when the Barr tribunal continues its public sittings today.

Doctor David Shanley of St Patrick's Hospital in Dublin is expected to be quizzed about why he wrote a letter in 1998 declaring John Carthy was fit to hold a gun.
