Brennan to open €44m by-pass

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan is due to open the €44m Youghal by-pass in Co Cork today.

The new road is expected to divert 10,000 vehicles away from Youghal town centre every day.

Mr Brennan said he will also address growing concern over the cost of infrastructure projects and the delay in delivering such projects at today's official opening ceremony.
