Cowan: Ireland working to restore primacy of UN

The Minister for Foreign Affairs says Ireland will work to restore the primacy of the United Nations in the aftermath of the war on Iraq.

Brian Cowen has held talks in Geneva with the UN Commissioners for Human Rights, and refugees, as well as with the International Committee of the Red Cross.
