Hygiene breaches under investigation at Dublin supermarkets
The Food Safety Authority is investigating complaints of alleged breached in hygiene regulations at four Dublin supermarkets.
The ALDI stores at Parnell Street and Coolock, and LIDL supermarkets at Blakestown and Blanchardstown are at the centre of the inquiry.
The complaints are contained in a report commissioned by the Independent Retailers Group RGDATA whose members are coming under increasing competition from discount supermarkets.
