IMPACT vote to accept partnership deal

Members of the IMPACT trade union have voted to accept the proposed new social partnership agreement, Sustaining Progress.

The union said 89% of those who cast their votes supported the deal, which includes a 7% phased pay rise over the coming 18 months and a Government commitment to implement the benchmarking recommendations.
