Irish aid workers prepare to travel to Gulf

Irish aid workers are preparing to travel to the countries surrounding Iraq this weekend to prepare for the humanitarian disaster that will inevitably be sparked by the US/British war.

GOAL is planning to send additional staff to the region in the coming days, while a Trocaire delegation is due to leave for Jordan tomorrow.
