Legal submissions continued today at the Special Criminal Court trial of seven men accused of membership of the Continuity IRA in Limerick.

Legal submissions continued today at the Special Criminal Court trial of seven men accused of membership of the Continuity IRA in Limerick.

The court heard submissions from prosecuting counsel Mr John Edwards SC and defence counsel on Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act which was used to arrest the seven men in December 2001.
