St Patrick's Day parade promises to be the best yet

Expectations are high for the flagship St Patrick's parade in the capital.

Organisers say this year's is the biggest, brightest and boldest yet.

Up to 3,500 performers and 250 floats will wind their way through central Dublin from noon.
