Details have emerged about the monitoring body the Irish and British governments are planning to establish to oversee the implementation of the Good Friday Agreement.

The proposed four-member body would report any suspected breaches of the agreement to the two governments and the existing implementation body, which is made up of representatives from the pro-agreement parties.
