Lennon to resume cross-examination at Morris Tribunal

A Co Donegal Superintendent will continue his cross-examination of the main witness at the Morris Tribunal later today.

Sheenagh McMahon has told the tribunal that Superintendent Kevin Lennon, along with her ex-husband, Detective Noel McMahon, staged explosives finds in the early 1990s to further their own career and even stored an unassembled bomb at the McMahon's home in Buncrana.

Superintendent Lennon, who is representing himself at the tribunal, began his cross-examination of Ms McMahon yesterday by questioning her mental state in the early 1990s.
