Republicans blamed for Belfast bomb

Dissident Republicans have tried to sabotage Gerry Adams' Washington peace talks after planting explosives in the centre of Belfast.

Three pipe bombs taped to a hundred litres of fuel were loaded into the back of hijacked van left outside the city's new courthouse.
