The Government has still not decided whether to fund legal action against the Morris Tribunal over its decision to order two politicians to reveal the sources of information passed on to them.

Labour Party TD Brendan Howlin and Fine Gael Senator Jim Higgins are appealing against the tribunal's decision and have already won the support of their Oireachtas colleagues.
