A woman who has claimed that her ex-husband was involved in garda corruption in Donegal is due to give evidence before the Morris Tribunal later today.

A woman who has claimed that her ex-husband was involved in garda corruption in Donegal is due to give evidence before the Morris Tribunal later today.

Sheenagh McMahon has alleged that her former husband, Detective Noel McMahon, conspired with a Superintendent and a garda informer to stage explosives finds in the early 1990s to further his own career.

At the time, the bomb finds were hailed as a major blow to republican paramilitaries.
