Higgins accuses Tanaiste of Dáil contempt

Socialist Party TD Joe Higgins has accused the Tanaiste, Mary Harney, of treating the Dail with contempt in relation to the Government's position on US/British plans to attack Iraq.

Mr Higgins accused the Tanaiste of being out of the touch with the majority of Irish people on the issue of US troops travelling through Shannon Airport.
