Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble has insisted that his party would not sign up to any deal at talks in Hillsborough Castle until it can be sure that the IRA is prepared to end all paramilitary activity.

Speaking ahead of a second day of talks today, Mr Trimble said he doesn't believe any deal will be concluded today.
