Council chief plans tax protest over hospital decision
The people of Tyrone may refuse to pay taxes in protest at a government decision to strip the county of a hospital with acute services.
Pat McDonnell, the Chairman of Omagh District Council, has vowed to lead a campaign of civil disobedience in response to moves to site a new acute hospital for the south west of the province in Enniskillen.
