Hundreds of gardai brought in to protect Shannon Airport

Hundreds of extra gardai, some of them in riot gear, have arrived at Shannon Airport ahead of an anti-war protest.

Razor wire is also stretched across part of the airport complex to prevent protestors who say they plan to damage a perimeter fence.
