World Health Organisation decide on anti-smoking treaty

Ireland has joined with representatives of more than 170 countries to agree a framework that will restrict the advertising and marketing of tobacco.

The members of the World Health Organisation in Geneva decide today on the wording of what is the world's first anti-smoking treaty.
