Elderly crash victim named

The man who died in a single vehicle road accident in Dublin yesterday evening has been named.

Sixty-seven-year old Brian McLoughlin of St Thomas Road, South Circular Road died when the car he was travelling in crashed at Harold's Cross Road.

The accident took place at around 6.20pm.

He was taken to St James's hospital where he later died.
