Gardai in Dublin are investigating the discovery of two bodies in separate parts of the city earlier this afternoon.

The body of a woman, believed to be a Jamaican national in her 30s, was found in a house in Phibsboro at around 2pm, while a man's body was found in the Killinarden area of Tallaght around 15 minutes later.

The scenes of both discoveries have been sealed off pending forensic examination and post mortems are due to be carried out to determine the cause of the deaths.
