Cox calls for EU summit on Iraq crisis

European Parliament president Pat Cox has backed calls from the Greek Government for an EU summit to discuss the possibility of a US/British war on Iraq.

Greece, which currently holds the EU presidency, has called for European heads of state to demand that the Iraqi Government comply with United Nations Security Council resolutions.
