Thousands turn out for UDA man's funeral
Thousands of people have turned out in north Belfast for the funeral of John Gregg, the UDA's south-east Antrim commander, who was shot dead along with another UDA man on Saturday.
Among the mourners were many members of the UDA, the LVF, the UVF and other smaller loyalist paramilitary groups.
Mr Gregg was shot dead in Belfast's docks area on Saturday as he returned from a Rangers match in Scotland.
Former UDA members loyal to the renegade west Belfast commander Johnny Adair have been blamed for the killing.
The UDA has vowed to exact revenge against anyone still loyal to Adair within hours of today's funeral.
Many of his supporters, including his wife, have fled to Scotland in an effort to escape the increasingly violent feud between the UDA inner council and Adair, who was expelled from organisation for "treason" last year.
