Farmers walk out of social partnership talks

Farming organisations have walked out of the current round of social partnership talks due to the Government's failure to commit to improving farm incomes.

John Dillon, the leader of the Irish Farmers Association, said the proposals under discussion would harm farmers' livelihoods.
