Flood: Dunlop 'known to every councillor'

Former government press secretary Frank Dunlop has told the Flood tribunal that he was known to every councillor in Dublin during the early 1990s.

Most of his testimony today has dealt with diary entries in the early 1990s.

They include meetings with businessmen Brian O'Halloran, Gerard Kilcoyne, Dr Austin Darragh, and then Fianna Fail TD Liam Lawlor.
