Man convicted of abusing six-year-old

A 25-year-old man has been convicted at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court of sexually abusing a six-year-old girl in a bedroom in her home.

He has been remanded on continuing bail by Judge Yvonne Murphy for sentencing on February 24. He cannot be named at this time for legal reasons.
