Legal action against media adjourned

Legal action has been adjourned against a number of media organisations in connection with their coverage of a crash in Dublin in which a taxi man was killed by a stolen vehicle.

The DPP is taking the case against the Evening Herald, the Sunday World, the Star and 2FM.

The media groups are to appear on a charge of contempt of court for naming and showing photographs of the three teenagers who allegedly drove the stolen vehicle.
