Date set for trial of alleged Real IRA leader

The trial of the alleged leader of the Real IRA is set to begin on February 11.

The High Court today refused an application by Michael McKevitt for leave to challenge a Supreme Court ruling, which refuses further disclosure of documents relating to prosecution witness, FBI agent, David Rupert.
