Off-licence industry calls for compulsory ID scheme

The off-licence industry is calling on the Minister for Justice to make it mandatory for young people to carry a national ID card.

The National Off-Licence Association says that if the Minister for Transport can make it compulsory for motorists to carry their driving licences, then the Justice Minister can be equally decisive.
