Ulster Unionist leader David Trimble has told Sinn Fein President Gerry Adams the republican movement must move significantly if the political deadlock is to be broken.

He was speaking after a meeting between the pair. UUP leader Mr. Trimble said the discussions had been frank but not confrontational.
