Two women in the North have been charged with possession of firearms and intent to endanger life.

Two women in the North have been charged with possession of firearms and intent to endanger life.

The women are due to appear before a Belfast Magistrates Court on Monday in connection with the discovery of an alleged bomb-making factory in a housing estate in Antrim.

The pair, aged 19 and 44, are each charged with possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives and with intent to endanger life.
