Gardai make Dublin drugs seizure

Gardai in Dublin have seized cocaine with an estimated street value of €50,000.

The seizure took place when a man was stopped and searched at Dingle Road, Cabra at 10pm last night.

When searched, he was found to be in possession of half a kilo of cocaine.

The man, aged 26 and with a Cabra address, was arrested and taken to Store Street garda station where he is currently detained.
