Elderly man dies in Dublin accident

Gardai in Dublin are investigating a fatal road accident shortly before 4pm today.

A 68-year-old man died when the car he was driving struck a wall on Coolock Drive, in Coolock.

He was alone in the car at the time.

His body was removed to Beaumount Hospital.
