Tanaiste initiates sustainable development policy

The Tanaiste is implementing the first ever sustainable development strategy for her department.

The project means that the Department of Trade, Enterprise and Employment will try to find more environmentally and socially responsible ways of doing business.

Four priorities have been identified for the next three years: climate change, competitive sustainability, corporate responsibility and departmental sustainability.
