Gardai appeal for assault witnesses

Gardai in Finglas are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a 15 year old youth which happened on Cappagh Road around 1am yesterday morning.

The youth was attacked by a gang and is now recovering in Blanchardstown Hospital with a punctured lung. It is believed he was stabbed.

Anyone who was in the area or who may have witnessed the assault is asked to contact the Gardai in Finglas on 01-666 7500.
