Gardaí name New Year tragedy victims

Gardai in Limerick have named the victim of the fatal shooting in Co Clare.

He was named as John Poland he was 39 years of age. Post Mortem results are still unavailable.

Meanwhile the victim of the fatal traffic accident in Kerry has been named as Joseph O' Sullivan from Waterville. He was in his 60's.

Gardaí in Celbridge named the six-year-old victim of the fatal fire in Ardclough, Co.Kildare as Caoimhe Freyne.

Finally the victim of the fatal stabbing in Waterford has been named as Gary Doyle he was from Ballybeg, Waterford and 28 years old. Post Mortem results unavailable at this time.
