Calls for full restoration of services in Monaghan

Sinn Fein's Caoimhghin O'Caolain is calling for the full restoration of obstetric services to Monaghan General hospital.

Mr O'Caolain says these reports do not go far enough in their recommendations, as they centre only on the provision of emergency services.
