More services to go at Monaghan

Management at Monaghan General hospital are said to be planning a further downgrade of services early next year.

The decision comes despite a highly critical report released on Friday on current services at the hospital.

Independent deputy for Cavan-Monaghan, Paudge Connelly, says the North Eastern Health Board's planning to reduce 24-hour treatment in January.
