Finbar Lennon, medical advisor to the North Eastern Health Board has offered his resignation over the baby Bronagh Livingston tragedy.

But the board's Chief Executive, Paul Robinson, has not accepted Mr Lennon's resignation. The announcement came yesterday, as conflicting reports into the baby's death were analysed.
