An independent report into the death of baby Bronagh Livingstone has found that her mother, Denise, should not have been transferred to Cavan Hospital, following her arrival in the late stages of delivery at Monaghan General.

An independent report into the death of baby Bronagh Livingstone has found that her mother, Denise, should not have been transferred to Cavan Hospital, following her arrival in the late stages of delivery at Monaghan General.

The report contradicts the North Eastern Health Board's own report, which has already stated that the decision to transfer Denise Livingstone to Cavan was correct.
