Dunlop names Lawlor in latest Flood allegations

Former political lobbyist Frank Dunlop has told the Flood Tribunal that former Fianna Fail TD Liam Lawlor told him money would have to be paid to councillors to secure the rezoning of land in Carrickmines in south Dublin in 1991.

Mr Dunlop has already told the tribunal that businessman Jim Kennedy gave him £25,000 to distribute among certain councillors in return for their votes on rezoning motion.
