Dunlop due to resume evidence

Former political lobbyist Frank Dunlop is due back in the witness stand at the Flood Tribunal today.

Last Friday, Mr Dunlop told the tribunal that businessman Jim Kennedy gave him £25,000 to distribute amongst certain councillors in return for their votes on rezoning motions.
