Rape accused claims he had 'consensual' sex with woman

The landlord accused of raping his tenant hours after she moved in told gardai they had consensual sex twice that night after she asked him to play a taped love song several times.

He also handed in a long letter to gardai giving his version of their meeting and how they made love in the only bed in the house with her "bouncing all over" him on top some of the time.
