Ulster Unionists say they are still concerned about the terms of the Dail bill passed two weeks ago to protect the legality of the six cross border projects set up by the Good Friday Agreement.

A UUP delegation had a meeting in Dublin last night, when they were reassured by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Brian Cowen, that it did not amount to joint authority over the North.
