Eleven arrested in crackdown on loyalist paramilitaries

Police in the North have arrested 11 men as part of an ongoing investigation into the criminal activities of loyalist paramilitaries.

Four of the men were arrested in Derry's Waterside area, one in Coleraine, Co Derry, and one each in Ballymoney and Mosside in Co Antrim.

Another four men were also arrested in Larne, Co Antrim, by police investigating alleged intimidation by loyalist paramilitaries.
