In the Central Criminal Court today, a Dublin man has denied the murder of a man in St James’s Hospital two years ago.

Patrick Kilraine, otherwise Gilrain, (aged 49), of Basin Street, Dublin was arraigned on the charge of murdering Kevin Dowler (aged 52) at St James’s Hospital Dublin on February 7 2000. He pleaded not guilty to the charge.
