Woman's house fire death 'suspicious'

Gardai tonight said they were treating as suspicious the death of a woman in a house fire in Kilkenny.

The 36-year-old woman died after the fire in Kilkenny’s Greenfields Road.

Police called in the State Pathologist and a team from their Technical Bureau, and the scene of the fire was preserved for examination.
