IHF welcomes funds announcement

The Irish Hotels Federation has welcomed the announcement that a further half a million euro is to be allocated for the development of the overseas tourism market.

IHF Chief Executive John Power says ''the additional funding will enable and effective kick-start for the 2003 marketing programmes in our key overseas areas.''
